Finding Your Cabin

The exact address and driving directions to your specific cabin will be sent to your email [7 days prior to arrival].

📌 Pro-Tip: GPS can sometimes be spotty in the mountains. We highly recommend downloading offline Google Maps or printing out your specific cabin’s driving directions before you leave home!

Door Code & Entry

All of our cabins feature secure, keyless smart locks, meaning you can head straight to your cabin without waiting in a check-in line!

  • Your unique 4-digit entry code was sent to you via email/text.
  • To Lock: Press the “Lock” or “Schlage/Yale” button on the keypad when leaving.
  • To Unlock: Enter your 4-digit code followed by the “Checkmark” or “Unlock” button.

🚗 Parking

Parking capacities vary by property. Please refer to your specific cabin’s listing page or confirmation email for vehicle limits. Please do not park on the grass or block neighborhood access roads.

📶 Wi-Fi & Entertainment

Every cabin in our network is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi.

  • Network & Password: You can find the specific Wi-Fi network name and password printed on the welcome message you recieve via email.

Smart TVs

Our cabins feature Smart TVs. You are welcome to log into your personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.).

⚠️ Note: Please remember to log out of your personal streaming accounts before checking out!

🔥 Cabin Amenities 101

Because we manage a variety of properties, amenities differ from cabin to cabin. However, here are some helpful guidelines for our standard features:

🌊 The Hot Tub

If your cabin features a hot tub, it has been freshly drained, cleaned, and sanitized before your arrival.

  • How to Open: Carefully fold back the cover lifter. Please do not sit, stand, or place heavy objects on the cover.
  • Rules: Please shower before entering. Avoid wearing body lotions or oils, as they can clog the filters. Strictly no glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub.

🪵 Fireplaces & Fire Pits

  • Gas Fireplaces: If your cabin has a gas fireplace, it is operated by a simple wall switch or timer dial nearby. [Note: Gas fireplaces are typically turned off during summer months from May to October].
  • Wood-Burning Fireplaces/Pits: If your cabin allows wood fires, guests are responsible for providing their own firewood, which can be purchased at almost any local grocery store or gas station. Always ensure the fireplace flue is open before lighting.

🌡️ Thermostat & Climate Control

To keep our systems running efficiently, please keep all doors and windows closed while the AC or heat is running. We kindly ask that you do not set the AC below [70°F] or the heat above [74°F] to prevent the units from freezing up or overheating.

🐻 House Rules & Wildlife

To ensure a great experience for you and our future guests, please follow these universal company rules:

  • Smoking: All of our properties are 100% strictly smoke-free inside. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited indoors.
  • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from [10:00 PM to 8:00 AM] out of respect for neighboring cabins.
  • Pets: Please refer to your specific booking details. Pets are only allowed in our designated Pet-Friendly Cabins and must be registered on your reservation.
  • 🐻 Wildlife Notice: You are staying in a natural wildlife habitat! You may encounter [bears/raccoons/deer/mice]. Never leave food or food wrappers outside, on the decks, or in your vehicle, and always lock your car doors.

🗑️ Trash & Recycling

Wildlife loves leftovers! To prevent furry visitors from exploring the property, please follow our trash policy:

  • All trash must be bagged and placed inside the secure, bear-proof trash bins located outside your cabin.
  • Please make sure the bin lids are securely latched at all times.
  • If your bins become completely full during a longer stay, please contact our front office for a trash pickup.

🚪 Check-Out Checklist

When your vacation comes to an end, we ask that you complete this quick checklist to help our cleaning crews prepare the home for the next guests:

  1. Dishes: Load any dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle.
  2. Trash: Please bag all final trash and place it in the outside bear-proof bins.
  3. Linens: Please leave used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor. You do not need to strip the beds.
  4. Thermostat: Please set the thermostat to [75°F in summer / 65°F in winter].
  5. Lock Up: Ensure all windows are closed, lights and TVs are turned off, and the front door is securely locked.
