Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Red Fox Retreats, we understand that plans can change but because our cabins are reserved exclusively for each guest and unavailable to others once booked, the following cancellation policy applies to all reservations.
• Full refund if canceled within 48 hours after booking.
• 50% refund if canceled more than 48 hours after booking.
• No refund if canceled less than 30 days before check-in.

Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued for:
- Late arrivals
- Early departures
- No-shows
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Flight delays or travel interruptions
- Illness or personal emergencies
- Power outages caused by utility providers
- Natural disasters or events outside our control
Travel Insurance
Red Fox Retreats strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. Travel insurance may provide reimbursement for covered events that are not eligible for refunds under this policy.
Reservation Modifications
Requests to change reservation dates are subject to availability and current rates. Approval of a date change is solely at the discretion of Red Fox Retreats and does not alter or reset the cancellation policy.
Owner Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Red Fox Retreats must cancel a reservation due to property damage, safety concerns, maintenance issues, or circumstances beyond our control, guests will receive a full refund of all amounts paid or may choose to transfer to another available property, if offered.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking. Refund processing times vary by bank and payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Chargebacks
Guests agree to contact Red Fox Retreats directly to resolve any booking concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Reservations are governed by the terms and cancellation policy accepted during the booking process.
